The food truck craze has finally made its way to Port St Lucie and I couldn’t be more excited! Wednesday, March 20th will be the first installment of Tradition’s Food Truck Invasion with events continuing the third Wednesday of each month in Tradition square.
As an avid fan of Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives and any other unique, food-centric TV show, I’ve gotten a real appreciation for homemade foods and eclectic new flavor combinations–throw in a colorful, creative food truck and it’s that much more fun!
Jeremy and I have actually been to a food truck event like this once before in Coconut Creek and it was an absolute blast! In fact, many of the vendors they have announced so far were at the previous event as well–that’s where our pictures came from.
The affordable prices make it easy to try the creative creations of several different trucks, almost tapas-style. Just looking at each of the trucks themselves in entertainment as well. The bright, colorful wraps on each truck are always eye-catching–like pieces of art. Some trucks even display their menus on flat screen TVs mounted on the outside of the truck.
Needless to say, I’m looking forward to a really great Tradition event on the 20th. Bring your appetites and we will see you there!
