Keiser University’s career-oriented college will be making a move to Tradition after 16 years in its US1 strip mall location, also in Port St Lucie. The plan is to construct a two-story, 74,000 square foot campus on a nine acre parcel in the Tradition Center for Innovation (the space that also houses Tradition Medical Center).
It will be a modern, state-of-the-art facility for approximately 1,200 students–twice the students attending Keiser’s existing Port St Lucie campus. It will be one of 17 Keiser campuses, most in Florida. The college, known for its career-oriented programs like nursing and radiologic technology, appeal to older, working students. The anticipated completion date for the new Tradition campus is late 2017.
